053112-beth

In February, OneSight volunteers headed to South Africa for a Global Clinic to give the gift of sight to locals in need. Thousands of lives were transformed with new eyewear, including those of 3866 patients in Mtubatuba, 1282 patients in Khula Village, and 1090 patients in Hlabisa. With so many stories to tell, from so many perspectives, I wanted to hone in on a few quick, personal experiences from some of the amazing OneSight volunteers in South Africa. Is 3D Viewing Safe for Your Eyes?

The treasure trunk of outdated dresses and mom’s oversized heels has been replaced with an entirely digital version of the dress-up trunk—at least when it comes to trying on many of Pearle Vision’s amazing frame styles. I’m talking about our super-convenient (and super-addicting) virtual dress up experience, the Try On Tool! CONTINUE READING Continue reading

lori-51012-mayflowers

Back in April, I put the style spotlight on frames in rainy blue and aqua hues, drawing inspiration from the seasonal weather conditions—aka, April Showers. What do April Showers bring? Yes indeed, they bring May Flowers! While the pattern isn’t the most groundbreaking concept, it’s certainly rooting its fashionable flare on many of Pearle Vision’s frames this season. So we’ve come full circle from April to May, and once again, I’m letting my surroundings influence my spec style choices—and right now I’m putting the petal to the metal with flower print and blossom embellished frames.
